Exteriors ยท In the warmer months

Porches, decks and exterior stairs.

When the weather allows, Young also builds and repairs the outside of the house: porches, entries, decks and stairs.

Repairs, or new.

Young repairs old porches, decks and concrete steps, and builds new ones. Exterior work depends on the weather, and a porch with stairs typically takes about two weeks, longer in rain.

Permits.

The customer gets the city permits, and plans come from your own architect or designer. Toronto asks for a permit on a deck more than 60 cm above the ground.
